About Me

I’m Stacy Reams, a mom of three girls, a local special education teacher, and owner of Deep Creek Lake Charcuterie. I grew up in a small town in Southwestern Pennsylvania and my love for being in the kitchen is truly genetic. My grandmothers were avid bakers and my parents owned and operated The Smokehouse BBQ Restaurant in Ohiopyle. I have fond memories of family and food and look forward to creating a charcuterie board for your enjoyment!

 

About Deep Creek Lake Charcuterie

How I discovered charcuterie?  Well it was 2-22-22 and I was in Lake Lure, NC at my brother’s house for his wedding.  He and his soon-to-be-wife, were given a beautiful charcuterie board as a wedding gift and I have been obsessed ever since! I just knew I had to bring this gifting option to Deep Creek Lake where entertaining and slowing down to spend time with loved-ones is a way of life. I hope my boards will help you create memories of great times and delicious food shared with friends and family.
